Yes, all non-citizen Indians visiting India needs a valid tourist Visa to enter India.

We will send you all the travel documents. Please carry their printouts. We will SMS you the driver details 24 hr before your travel.
We strongly recommend all travelers to India take adequate travel Insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical & baggage insurance prior to travel
Checkin at hotels throughout India require ID proof like Passport, Driving Licence, PAN card. However for travel to North East, PAN card is NOT accepted as an identity proof - you need to carry proof having address on it. Please check with your Travel Consultant in case of any questions.
We'll provide you with driver mobile number 1 day before travel. You can call him before the pickup. Usually, the driver itself will call and confirm the pickup time and location. He'll also carry a placard at the pickup point (airport / railway station / bus stop). You can also contact your Local Representative (given in vouchers) in case of any doubt.
The travel arrangements are made advance and it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced. In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen arrival date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.
We advise you to consult your doctor. However, we recommend vaccination for Hepatitis A/B & Tetanus before visiting India. Though Malaria is virtually non-existent in all tourist areas in India, you may carry mosquito repellant to prevent mosquito bites. An inoculation against Yellow fever is required if you have visited any infected areas within 5 days prior to your arrival in India.

In some of our hotels there is Wi-Fi available in the rooms or common areas - the price will vary depending on property. We also travel to some regions where Wi-Fi may not be available e.g. on Safari.
We book entire package. If your travel involves flight / train / bus travel, we'll take care of it. However, if you prefer to book them on your own, you are welcome to do it. Please note that we do not book standalone flights / train / bus tickets (if it if not part of the package).
Yes, you can book your package by making advance payment as per the booking policy. However, you need to make the full payment 30 days before the date of travel. For travel during peak season, you need to pay 50% the total bill at the time of confirmation.
